Hi, I’m Claire – Personal Trainer and Running Mentor for women 40+. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning after a break, or dreaming of going further, this is where you’ll find encouragement, structure and support that fits you.

How We Can Work Together

Right now, I’m working one-to-one with a small number of women who want to explore what running could look like for them.

That might mean:

  • A chat to figure out your next steps

  • A personal plan to help you start, return or build confidence

  • Ongoing support, accountability and cheerleading – online or in person

  • Training Plans and Online Mentoring

  • Personalised Strength Training in my private gym

In the future, there’ll be new ways to get involved – small groups, community runs and more.

But for now, it starts simply: with a conversation.
